The restoration technicians were on time to planned schedules, respectful, prepared to perform the job assigned to them and knowledgeable of their tasks to leave a well finish project when work was completed.
They also provided a tarp & sandbags for the roof leak because USAA said that our zip code didn't have anyone to provide that. When I told Venturi Restoration that USAA didn't have anyone to provide a tarp & sandbags, he had his men come out & provided the tarp & sandbags .
They were much appreciated, because we had 5-6 more rain storms afterwards. Thank you for your help during this time.

Everyone was professional, and quick to respond. We have had problems with mold in the past, so when they took extra precaution and put up the right barriers it was very comforting. They actually care about who they are working with. It was really nice seeing the managers so involved.
Jason, Chris and their crew were amazing! They arrived at our house promptly after a tree hit our roof during storm Debbie. Water was pouring into our den and they put a tarp in our roof immediately to stop the water from causing more damage. They are our heroes!!

My experience with Venturi was that you are extremely knowledgeable of construction and repairing. Shelley K did an excellent job of supervising activities and assisting in the choosing of materials. Ms. K is a very professional, courteous, approachable individual, an asset to the company. Also, Ivan, who is a very experienced and competent contractor working on my home gave me the sense he was a person I could trust to be in my home to do a good job. Thank you for allowing me to feel like I was in good hands after such an unpleasant experience.

Jen was our project manager and she did an outstanding job in directing all aspects of our water damage restoration. Nikki and her crew removed all of the furniture and furnishings in the affected areas before the work commenced and placed it right back in the same manner it was originally in afterwards!
