I also wanted to take a moment to share additional feedback. Everyone who has encountered Kelly has mentioned the same thing she truly is the full package. She consistently demonstrates strong leadership qualities and is an active, visible part of the Luter YMCA community.
You can often find her walking through the hallways, checking in on members and staff, making sure everyone feels seen and supported. Even during her personal time, she remains present—you might see her in the wellness center getting her workout in, which speaks volumes about her commitment to both her role and the community she serves. She is a great role model for her staff and members alike.
Her dedication to her work and to the Luter YMCA does not go unnoticed. As both a member and a parent of a swim team participant, I feel confident that any concerns I may have are on her radar. She is intentional about dedicating her time to resolving issues and setting clear, tangible expectations for resolutions and repairs.

At the time of day I go it usually isn’t very crowded. I like the variety of machines available.

I use the treadmill and weight machines and sometimes the pool and whirlpool. I am satisfied with the number and types of weight machines but not with the wait because people stay on the machines during their rest periods.

Nice easy in and easy out in any part of the facility, friendly staff always eager to be helpful. And soon going to 24 hr access! Not sure I'll utilize that but others will and I imagine that it'll free up space on machines etc during the day...
It's always a joy going to this Y. Sauna is usually very nice temperature. The whirlpool was a bit cooler the day I went but nonetheless very good experience as usual

Clean and new equipment. Wifi is a bit spotty but that's NNk for you. No pool but it doesn't seem to ever be very full so I'll take it
