A very friendly atmosphere. I can get in and do my workout and I usually don't have to worry about the weight machines being too crowded. I enjoy the sauna and occasionally the whirl pool.

I love that the equipment is clean and updated. There is a good variety of cardio equipment and weights (both free weights and machines). The classes and trainers are excellent and there is a good variety of them. I also love the option to stay after hours because sometimes I like to go in the evening or on the weekend outside of normal hours. The staff is great!
