There are friendly and knowledgeable people that work here. They offer a nice variety of machines, free weights and classes to help you meet whatever heath goals you might have.
The staff is very approachable and accommodating. Facilities are kept clean. This is location is an asset to the community. It would be great if the sauna were operational but maybe in time. Thank you!
