Great facility and equipment.
RF accepts silver sneakers, has co-ed jacuzzi and most of the machines I'm used to using (the exception being lower back). Having played racquetball on a tournament level, I've been to MANY gyms and there lockers are THE BEST designed!! ... several shelves makes organizing your items very efficient. As my wife and I retire and start traveling more, I look forward to maximizing the use of the nationwide membership feature. ALL the staff we interacted with were VERY friendly AND helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this gym.
I really like the clean air that is in the Wellness room. My allergies never bother me when I am there. I also really like the staff members because they are so friendly. It is also great to have hot coffee in the morning.
I wish some of the young guys who are in the Wellness room would be a little more gentle with the Cybex equipment. When some of them are finished with their set, they just let go and the weights come crashing down. I have never seen this before at other Y's. I hope nothing gets broken.
People are very friendly and attentive, and the facility has everything that I need.

The staff is so accommodating and amazing. I reside in Atlanta Georgia, but I’m from Hampton Virginia. I kept my membership because I love the environment. When I come home I have a clean and safe gym to utilize. I haven’t been home since July. I did visit for Christmas and I love the new equipment and setup upstairs. Thank you guys for always being so welcoming and pleasant. Keep up the great work.

I enjoy the variety of classes (although I miss the step aerobics class), the knowledge and friendliness of the instructors and other staff members, and the cleanliness of the facility.
