Great value for money on the memberships. Can take my son swimming and to soft play anytime. Me and my partner make use of the gym, the recent move around of equipment and the extra space has made a massive difference. It doesn't feel as cramped and I can always have access to a squat rack/rig without waiting around. Happy customers.

Love the yoga by Hazel, Anne does Thurs Eve and Sunday morning would be good to get a different yoga teacher on one of the days Anne does. Zumba is also great with John and Paula.
The swimming pool is a great and wonderful spa facilities. The skate park a brilliant additional and soft play is a good feature of the family membership.

Opening hours on weekend should be later. Closing at 4pm is too early!
The class instructors are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly. I get pushed to my limits and in the past two years have become the fittest I have been since having four children. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and the family membership is excellent value for money.
I like the new fitness suite and the spa. I found the staff in the new fitness suite very helpful and approachable. Having been a member of the Antrim Forum on previous occasions I was quite familiar with the general layout etc and managed everything quite well. I definitely felt he benefit from my first visits and glad I made the decision to go back.
Somewhere to have a cup of tea or coffee afterwards would be nice but unfortunately that's not available at present. I'm sure many people would like to see a wee coffee area to wind down in afterwards. Other than that everything else is very good.

Went for a gym induction which went above our expectations, we were shown in detail how to use the machines and the correct form etc.
Also gym membership is great value for money with swimming, classes etc. being included, especially compared to some other gyms in the area.
Great gym, has everything I need and is always so tidy, clean and organised. Staff are lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this wee gym
