There is so much choice of activities to do
Lovely clean pool and changing rooms. Kids enjoy the pool with the slide and lazy river plus the baby pool. Lots of staff covering the pool area

Great classes and facilities
Range of sports activities to chose from, pleasant professional staff, clean well cared for facilities, easy booking system although there are some activities very hard to 'book' re class numbers maximum reached.
The new gym look really well but I really don’t understand why the changing rooms were removed. It is a bit off putting.

The valley offers a lot of activities for all age groups From young age groups to pensioners zthey have great halls sport pitches classes for all age groups Pensioners are well catered for Pensioners have a whole new life keeping fit and most of all getting out and making lots of new friends I have hesitation In recommending the valley to everyone
Can you lower the age for kids going to the gym my son wants to go but he is 11 and I don't want to discourage him there is other gyms around antrim that take them at this age
