Very pleased with gym spa and pool and classes. Very good value for money and place looks good. Small issue. Cafe is dismal looking needs more colour too prison grey and not inviting. A lick of spicy coloured paint would be an improvement.

It's a fantastic all round facility. Only negative thing is the shower facilities, not always warm and the pressure can be quite poor but other that really enjoying it!

As a sports and training centre the valley is ideal.It has all the equipment to train and improve your fitness.Also the facilities are great for those recovering from physical ailments.The staff assist those who require it with a smile on their faces.In general it is perfect if at the end you want a swim fill your boots as Aqua is also available.

The family membership is incredible value for money. There is an excellent variety of classes each week, and the gym facilities have everything I could possibly need. There is something for everyone in the family to get out of it, and the staff are consistently very helpful.
