The Valley, in particular the gym, is always full and the clientele are just down right rude arrogant and ignorant, swearing at every oppurtunity. Tonight we were forced off a badminton court because we where on court 3 instead of court 4. The pool attendents dont seem to care about the swimming lane and the changing facilities are always dirty. There so much more.
It can't be made right because of the Valleys demographic location.
The only thing stopping me cancelling my memembership is Ballyearl. Friendly staff and clientele. Clean changing facilities and no idiots throwing weights everywhere
Staff are helpful, facilities are clean. Good range of equipment, Spa is very modern and relaxing, never too busy. Nice atmosphere at the gym, good variety of ages present.
Friendly staff and new gym
The fitness classes are fab the instructors all make you feel very welcome and give you levels to suit you. They also push you to your limit to achieve your own goals.
The centre is clean and busy, and the staff are very friendly and always there to help.
The gym is great, lot of exercise equipment to suit everyone’s needs.
We love the swimming pool at leisure time. Wish the jacuzzi was open at the weekend as well. At leisure time.

Timetable is very good re early starts and late opening.
Only suggestion would be later opening at the weekend.

Services have improved to include a wide range of people. I can bring children to soft play and the small pool and also have the gym and spa for myself. Pleasant staff

I like the new set up and new machines, and you have a good variety in the whole complex
Very friendly staff and always helpful. Instructors are professional and nice to chat with, that's in all classes. Life guards at the pool side are very friendly and professional also. I've been attending sixmile leisure centre from 2018 as I've CPTSD, and it's pretty much saved my life. The classes are a great coping mechanism for me they block out the flash backs i get. Thank you to everyone who works there 🙂

Health suite , running track and hopefully the new gym , excellent staff on reception,
Called in & my fob didn’t work - Debbie at reception reprogrammed a new one in about 10 seconds.
Couple of weeks later couldn’t get my locker open - lifeguard spotted I was having difficulty & two staff (Ashton & Natasha) appear in about 30 seconds & sort the locker.
When I was leaving the staff were cleaning the changing area like it was being prepared for a royal visit! Staff are everything & the Forum staff are incredible.
It's local to where I live and it has a good selection of fitness classes available
