Great facilities that are well maintained. Friendly staff.
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and a great place to meet others of similar interests and age. Everyone in the Centre, from the cleaning operatives, Instructors to the full time staff are pleasant and helpful at all times.
The Centre is always clean and tidy and the equipment is well maintained and fixed quickly when necessary.
I recommend the Centre and would encourage people interested in their health and fitness to come along and join in.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming, all the faculty coaches are the best, in fact gym coaches stand up the best.
Let me mention the best staff Dean and Sarah soooo great and professional. Luiz at the reception is also the best.
The spa, the gym and the classes are excellent. Friendly environment. Booking system is very good. I would like to see some more variety of classes. The return of what was an excellent class, Combat would be great. You need to set a Saturday morning spin class, there used to be one. Is there any possibility of a later weekend closing? But this is an excellent facility.

Convenient, reasonable price and plenty of classes
There is a great variety and the gym is now a good size. The only thing I would say is that the ladies changing rooms are poorly designed in the fact that there are mountains of lockers but little bench or actual changing space which is an issue at peak times mostly. It just means I'm less likely to avail of the spa room or showering facilities and not able to get all the benefits of my membership.

With loads of activities to choose from. The centre is looking great with the new renovations and refurbishments carried out.The fitness instructors are very professional, helpful and fun. It is well run by the managers and staff. We are so lucky to have such a great centre.I just love the centre.

Has all the equipment and classes I need, also close to home, only downside is I contacted Covid on one of my visits to the centre so now clean my hands after using every machine.

I feel very comfortable at the Valley Leisure Centre; staff are very helpful and polite... only problem I have is the early rise 6am to book classes. At my age although I'm not a great sleeper, this is hard to comply with... overall I don't have a problem with the facilities etc. I enjoy it. Joan who cleans upstairs in gym complex is very good and pleasant in her manner. A good asset for us all.

Lately I’ve noticed that there is always a lack of keys for the lockers in the main male changing room. The one beside the spa.
Everything but the showers could be cleaner and better .
