Except for the emergency phone systems which are lousy and don’t last for years like POTS units, all other elements of the VPL are quality and with proper preventive maintenance, last for years. The technician predominantly taking care of the VPL is excellent and very knowledgeable.

We have enjoyed our Arrow Lift and it has been working like a charm. We have been using it about three times a day for about ten or so days now with no difficulty. I do have a couple questions . First, About half way down you can feel a slight bump that appears to be coming from the rail. Second, is the light on the arm rest an LED bulb, and is it easily replaced if it ever goes out?
