Quality--I have had my chairlift for a year, and have had no problems what so ever. I would have had to move out of my condominium if I hadn't put it in.
The service guys are professional, polite and dependable. I feel if anything ever went wrong, the problem would be remedied quickly. Speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly
Everything is working just fine. There was a little mix-up on scheduling and our order was not processed as soon as stated, however, everyone worked very hard to get my stair lift installed as soon as they could.
I wouldn't be able to get from one floor to the other with my Arrow Lift. The service is right on spot and the techs are easy to talk to and ask questions with. The annual maintenance is a bit high for the cost of the product but is a comfort to know that everything is going to work for some time to come.

You have a store within 60 miles of us where we can call if we have a need and can stop and meet the people we are dealing with. Feel like we have personal service and good communication, and an excellent product.
Arrow Lift is very responsive when there is a problem. In the 8 years I have had the lift, there have been very few problems.
Their techs are always on time and are very polite, and always leave the area clean.
I highly recommend them to anyone who has mobility problems.
