Great service. Chair lift solved all our stairs problems. Would definitely recommend your stair lifts.
I love my two stair lifts. They enable me to be active with less risk of falls and also my arthritic knees appreciate not having to walk stairs. I think the quality of these lifts is better than the ones promoted on television and I know the pricing is better. One of my friends bought the other brand and paid more and the conditions of owner ship were not as good.
We very much appreciate the customer focus they bring to providing services. Ben does an excellent and thorough job with the inspections, repairs, etc. and makes sure that we totally understand the work he has done after each inspection.
The company is very responsive in answering our questions and scheduling service calls when needed.

Both Charlie and Trevor were very kind and respectful to my Mom. They were patient and answered all of her questions. They took all the time she needed. They both arrived at the time they were supposed to. I felt the customer service was above reproach.
I also felt that the cost Charlie quoted was a good value for what we were getting.
All in all, I felt that Arrow Lift was an excellent company to work with and I would recommend you to other seniors in need of a chair lift.

We appreciate the maintenance agreement, but would appreciate being billed for it timely and not having to call Arrowlift about the renewal each year.
They worked with us to find a good lift at a reasonable price. Installation was quick too. We were told to expect two weeks, it was under one!
The lift works well. The availability of yearly maintenance is appreciated.

Exceptional service a d product.
I purchased my first Stannah chair lift in 2011, and since I moved I was unable to use it in my new home and purchased my second chair lift. I’m VERY happy with my new lift. I would recommend it to anyone who has difficulty using stairs.
Their service is excellent and if you should have a problem they respond immediately. We looked at several other companies, but Arrow Lift was the best.
