The shop has a good inventory, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable bike mechanics. Regardless of what I purchased or did not purchase, the people in this shop has always tried to meet my needs, have been kind, and have always made me feel important.
Danny was friendly and helpful over the phone. I've recently returned to bicycling so I had lots of questions. He listened to what I hoped to find, and offering to show me few bikes on the floor. when I arrived, I was greeted with a big smile (plus the pup let me pass), we chatted again about and he showed me several bikes to choose from. He helped fit the bike to me, and Jack added a rack for me promptly. Thanks for the photo op, guys! Danny even snowed me the best way to load into my suv. Super helpful.

I had an issue with the chain on my recumbent trike. I know the trike is a cumbersome thing to have in the shop so I always ask when I can drop it off. Danny took it right away and before i got home (15 minutes top) i got a call that it was ready! I am pleased at the service and also the charges were reasonable. I'll be back guys!
