Reliable, honest, and speedy service. We needed three mountain bikes given a basic tune up before we hit the trails this past weekend. Dropped off Wednesday and promised by Friday, but were actually done on Thursday evening. No attempts to upsell, find or create otherwise nonexistent issues. Straightforward inspection, assessment, and cost. Rode the bikes all day Saturday with no issues and had a great time. Felt completely safe knowing the bikes were tuned up and inspected professionally.

We bike for fun, but when the bikes don't work right, we go to Pocono Bike Co. Always friendly and ALWAYS helpful. They even helped me load my bike on my car, which can be a struggle on busy Main Street. Prices are very fair too! It is our go-to when we need bike help.

Great service, reasonable prices, very friendly and welcoming staff. Idk why but I was a bit nervous going in, but theres no judgement. Doesn't matter what kind of bike you have, if they can work on it, they will! Didn't try to upsell, me just recommended what I needed. In less than 2 weeks I've bought my bike in for a tune-up and my son's bike for a tune-up and derailleur alignment Have like 4 additional bikes that have been collecting rust outside. Will eventually bring them here so they can bring them back to life.
