I like the wide Varity of programs that are offered. Although, I miss not having a YMCA in center city of Milwaukee, WI.
Friendly staff lots equipment to work out on. Kid friendly. I felt like no one was staring or looking at my weight everyone was doing their own thing working on themselves. Very positive attitudes in that place I felt very welcome.
There are many to choose from that will fit your needs. The instructors are friendly and very helpful.

I've only attended some of the exercise classes, and they are excellent. There is a variety of options to meet different needs and goals. Also enjoy that there are morning and evening classes.

The instructor who taught the Monday July 14th evening step class was a substitute. She was an excellent teacher. She gave options for simpler step versus more challenging.
