I especially enjoy BodyFlow and the 3 instructors of the BodyFlow classes I attend-- Eva, Steve and Lynda. I also enjoy Jim's cycle class held on Tuesdays and Fridays. I often attend the cycle class on Sunday and enjoy the rotation of instructors.
There are so many classes & programs and a very friendly & clean atmosphere.

Once you go into the cardio/weights area, the mood changes with employees who seem much less interested in getting to know members or to simply be friendly. However, the friendly members from across our communities are great creating a sense of community. The Schroeder pool access is priceless and the lifeguards are also friendly and authentic people!
