The variety of levels. However, some classes like the Intro to body balance and body power I'd like to see stay at the 915 or 1030 times.

I go for three programs: EGYM, Silver Sneakers at 1 pm, and Pickleball. Right now I play Pickleball outdoors, but will be returning to the Y when the weather turns cold!
I also appreciated the Balance class a year ago in Spring.

I like how you have lockers we can access within eyesight of desk. I like that they're 2 full size pools. I like the commaraderie with my friends.

I love Silver Sneakers for seniors. It’s a great way to stay connected to people. It would be great if they would offer clubs like a book club.

They have all the machines you need to complete your routine. The track is great.to get my walking done. Attend the gym at least 2 to 3 times a week.
