Nice swimming pools, nice whirlpool, nice steam room. Jason at the front desk on Sunday mornings is awesome. Del is excellent too.

The fitness center equipment, and classes the pools and instructors are all first class. All this at a very afordable price.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy the various activities that are available to anyone who has the desire to learn more new things and improve their quality of life. The experience is worth all the effort you put into it.. The instructions are very simple and the instructor will not allow you to go beyond your limitations. The people that I have met there are friendly, helpful and supportive.. I just enjoy being around them and the positive energy they bring to the group. After our daily workout we look forward to having a conversation and a good cup of coffee and talk about ways we have improved from where we began until now.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I have one major complaint. 20 of 12 tvs have sports on them. I ask to watch the hallmark channel from 3 to 4 as I’ve done in the past and the manager said new policy which is ridiculous because no one is watching the 3 tvs that I ask to watch for 1 hour.
