Track and biked
Great programs with dedicated professionals. I enjoy the cycling classes specifically and I recommend them to everyone I know. The instructors are really good and friendly, making every session a great experience and solid workout.
There is something for everyone. Group classes or individual work out area. The free coffee is much appreciated as my group always has a little social group after exercise. Made some very dear friends there. Love the instructors!
Aqua aerobics are really fun and help me physically and mentally as I maintain strength and socialize.
I like pickle ball and there are different groups and different times to accommodate people with their choice of times

Space and equipment in the free weight room
It's a great place with wonderful teachers and equipment . One of the few places in our city that is truly integrated.
Once I got comfortable the pool was warm and the water Zumba was good for me.
