Water aerobics is fantastic.
I love the gym. I love body pump because it’s a total body workout.
But I do wanna say it was a white guy that yelled at me and made me cry and stuff and it was a classroom full of people. It was tai chi class and nobody did anything. And it made it very difficult for me to come back to the Y. Now if that was Me as a black woman & I would’ve did to him what he did to me somebody would’ve been running and telling the supervisor and I would’ve been kicked out of the Y.
Body balance was awesome. Will do it again!

Friendly people in classes
I always have loved the YMCA. The people are very kind. Very nice everyone There are very nice. My kids were signed up for that and other friends my friend and I went there a couple days ago. I had very bad pain in my back my leg from a bad car accident. I sit in a hot room for five minutes. I went sit in the hot tub about eight 9. 10 minute and it really really helped my pain. I didn’t have no pain after I left and I’ll come back every other day. Thank you all for having YMCA God bless.
The programs the ymca have for people in different stages in life. I had two hip replacements and the water aerobics really really help me stay mobile
