The bikes were so easy to use! We rode 12 miles (37 yr old, 12 yr old and 9 yr old) and were not even sore! The kids loved the bell and the basket was so handy to hold water bottles, maps and phones. The customer service was great!

Ride was fun. Mainly a trail ride. Paved and wood trails. Nature ride. Did not see any of the wildlife we were looking for, gators and eagles, but still enjoyed the scenery and got some exercise.
