Bikes were comfortable, rate to rent for the day very reasonable, having the park next door was great. The lady checking us in was very friendly and took her time fitting us to the bikes even though she was the only person working on November 27th and there were several groups waiting in line.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a baby and 2 dogs with me and they helped with all of them and switched bikes in and out until we came up with a solution. My baby cried the first 15 minutes of the ride, so I just went back to the bike shop and they refunded all my money, even after everything they did for me. I am definitely going back and trying again. They have made it worth another shot!!

My friend and I had a great time at Beach Bike Rentals. The lady that helped us couldn't have been nicer and more fun! I hadn't ridden a bicycle in at least 25 years, but their bikes were sturdy and easy to operate. We rode 7 miles! Not bad for someone on Medicare! Ha!

Customer service was outstanding!!! Gar was very helpful to guide us to places to ride. We rented 4 cruisers and a baby trailer. 15 miles in Gulf Shores State Park , right close to rental site, and a picnic. When we rent again, we’ll be back!!!
