The equipment is ALL in superb working order. The woman that assisted us was really good at going over all the procedures to work the electric bikes. She made sure we had a map of where to go. We highly recommend this bike store.

The young lady that helped us was very kind, very knowledgeable, and explained the operation of the E-bikes very well . We were 3 older people, a 30 year old, one 4 year old, and a toddler. After the rental purchase, the toddler was having nothing to do with the bile ride. Mom, had to stay behind. Your sales person refunded her rental amount and allowed her to hang around while the rest of us rode for about an hour and half. Her kindness and professionalism was done all while the previous customer had just rode off with one of you tricycle type bikes without registering and paying. She handled the situation very well. Hope you were able to recover the tricycle. You have a great business and we will return in the future to rent again.
