When driving to the beach my husband and I called several bike rental companies. All were too busy to help, almost to the point of being rude. We called Beach Bike Rentals and were treated politely and efficiently. The man who answered even apologized for the rudeness and the lack of customer service of the other Bike Rental Companies. Our bikes were delivered exactly when he said they would be. We will always use Beach Bike Rentals.

Experience was quick and easy. Attendant was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided directions on routes and trails.

Everything was great only issue was some of the bikes needed maintenance...my daughters bike seat kept shifting./sliding.

This is our third year renting bikes for our family, its become a vacation tradition for us. The staff is always helpful in making recommendations where to bike and family fun places to stop along the way. The bikes are always in great condition. This year the staff even helped recommend the perfect bike to pull our kid buggy.

We rented a tandem and had such a wonderful time. The staff gave us great pointers on where to stop and what to look for. We saw tortoises and alligators right where they said they might be!!! It was so fun we went home and told the whole family. They took our advice and rented bikes the next the day! They too couldn’t stop talking about what a great time they had.
