Great service and awesome bikes!

The young lady that helped us was very kind, very knowledgeable, and explained the operation of the E-bikes very well . We were 3 older people, a 30 year old, one 4 year old, and a toddler. After the rental purchase, the toddler was having nothing to do with the bile ride. Mom, had to stay behind. Your sales person refunded her rental amount and allowed her to hang around while the rest of us rode for about an hour and half. Her kindness and professionalism was done all while the previous customer had just rode off with one of you tricycle type bikes without registering and paying. She handled the situation very well. Hope you were able to recover the tricycle. You have a great business and we will return in the future to rent again.

Variety of bikes offered. Much newer bikes than last place we rented. Person that waited on us was absolutely wonderful. He was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. They had an extra large frame for my husband who is 6’7. Bikes were clean and easy to use. Staff made suggestions for trails to ride. And they had a 4 hour rate so did not break the bank!

Sarah was most helpful and pleasant. Staff took time to make us comfortable with the bike and furnished the basket and helmets. Thank you. We would have been back Friday as planned but one of our traveling buddy's ended up in the hospital. Next time maybe. Thank you.
