The variety
I like the number of different classes and the pool, hot tub, sauna. Just wish there were yoga classes before or after work hours for those of us still on the 8-5 grind.
It is a beautiful facility. The instructors for classes are well trained.
The people who run them have made all the difference and make every time I'm at the gym more enjoyable amd fun.

I like it all! My favorite classes have been the stretch class and Tai Chi. The personal training is good since it’s focused and instructive while helping me be accountable and motivated.
Personalized realistic goals that keep me challenged in a friendly fun atmosphere. I credit my current and continued good health and wellbeing to over 20 years of personal training with Jill. Of course I understand that health challenges will most likely occur in the future, my current status will serve as a distinct advantage to help me meet those challenges.
