I’ve only been in the pool once. It was chilly and it was when the weather was cooler.
There are so many programs to choose from. Unfortunately, some I’m interested in take place at the same time.
The instructors are amazing
Staff are friendly and helpful, the fitness floor has lots of options, and the early morning hours let me get my workout in before work.
We only use the exercise room/gym area. Great machines, free weights, etc. very accessible.

Variety and fun
Would like to see a Tabata or HITT cycling class. Additional ab machines and Conceit 2 or Peloton rowers would be a nice future addition.
Clean and lots of options. However, i do believe they need to get rid of the giat planters and instead double up on some of the more busy mechines.

Our daughter is on her 14th year with the Y Dance Academy. We love the inclusivity of the program paired with the rigorous dance instruction. She has grown so much as a dancer and as a person over the years. Her dance teachers have challenged her and supported her along the way. There is a team first atmosphere and she has made some lifelong friendships. We are grateful for the Y Dance Academy!
