The kid zone
We love Lealman YMCA Pre-School academy. The staff is fabulous! It’s difficult to choose a school for your child to go to, having to trust that your child be well taken care of, but we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Everyone including the director, Mr. Butler, Assistant Director, Ms. Bree, family engagement, specialist, Ms. Mercedes are friendly and helpful and know all the kids and families. They do a great job of keeping everybody informed of upcoming events and things going on at the school as well as sending out email updates, newsletters and posting all the information we need on the bulletin board. Our daughter’s teachers have been awesome! Her teachers last year, Miss Michelle and Miss Pat were fantastic and really helped her adjust and thrive in a classroom setting. She really bonded with Ms. Michelle and said Ms. Michelle was her best friend. Her teachers this year, Ms. Michaela, Ms. Natalia and Ms. Sylvia are the best! They keep us informed of how the days are going and our daughter is always coming home with a cute craft project. All of the teachers caring and patient with all of the kids. Ms. Lisa has filled in on some mornings and she has been excellent as well. The school is always really clean. The breakfast and lunch provided is excellent from what I’ve seen, and really helps us out from having to prepare breakfast and lunch! The Lealman exchange is a great set up as well with the school being able to use the gym as well as multipurpose rooms for hot or rainy days and for special events. The Lealman exchange staff has also been wonderful. In particular, Miss Jennifer her daughter loves to chat with on the way out each day. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and are so thankful we found Lealman YMCA Pre-School Academy!

The variety of exercise classes. I love the instructors, they bring great positive energy.
The preschool is fantastic. My daughter is learning a lot and the staff is wonderful. The facility is always clean and welcoming.

I can tell that my granddaughter is learning new things. She comes home talking about compound words and patterns. She really looks forward to show and tell. I also like the option for her to take dance class each week.
Love the opportunity for dance classes during the day. My daughter’s preschool teachers, Ms. Kiara and Ms. Maggie are the absolute best!

The whole team goes above and beyond with the kids in their care! The program is truly a blessing for the community. Ms. Sarah is truly a gem! Mrs. Maria and Ms. Brittany have been amazing in Wrens new class! The director and assistant directors are great as well. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication with our daughter and the kiddos in the community. Great job Lex team! Keep up the great work and amazing impact.
