Zumba
I like the laid back vibe here. While it's not as close to my house as the new Speer facility, I still like coming here. I really only use the machines. A few years ago I took a pre-diabetes program class from Dawn Wilder that was very helpful.
Very organized and fun for my child!
Facility is grand and staff is very helpful.
I like the silver sneakers classes. The support and exercise for different groups ex ample Cancer.
Facilities are clean and new, basketball practices and games are clearly scheduled, the program seems structured and organized. We love it!
Thanks for asking for feedback.
I joined the gym in April or May, worked with Ally as my trainer, and have already hit my initial goals!! I've recommended the gym to several of my friends. I'm grateful for the Y and all that it has to offer.
There are two suggestions I'd like to make:
1. The mats by the window that people use for stretching are horrible. When you wipe them down, little pieces of the mat fall off. If you look beneath where the mats are hanging, you can see all the mat debris. Those should be replaced with mats that don't crumble like that.
2. I often use the small hand weights (7, 8, 10, 12 lbs). I really don't like that they are just tossed on the floor and there are never enough. It makes me feel like a second class gym user! Can you get a rack for them like all the other weights and have more of the smaller weight levels? The 7, 8, 10 and 12 seem to be in high demand.
Thanks for considering my suggestions!
The type of program needs to be better explained on the schedule. For instance, if a Yoga class is for beginners or is it advanced or power Yoga, etc.
Affordability, variety of offerings and times.
Yoga, body balance classes
Parkinsons Program
I enjoy the classes. Pickle ball fun on Tuesday s ane Thursdays. The un official instructors are the best. Everyone is friendly.

Wonderful, clean facilities and equipment. The class instructors are helpful and friendly. Most employees are. 😎
I attended a Tone and core class. It exceeded my expectations
Coaches are awesome
Everything
Great classes include Paula’s Zumba, Ashli’s Grit and Davida’s Bootcamp.
That being said, my favorite person at the Y is Alex. He is welcoming to all who enter and his uplifting personality is contagious. Perfect person for the job.
The accessibility, inclusion and upkeep.
nice basketball courts
The coaches are great and everything is very well organized!
This is my first year being involved with your sports program and the experience has been great thus far. My son is loving basketball!
Just getting started as a new member, but so far I am very impressed with all the YMCA has to offer and I am most excited to get back into my workout routine after just about 2 years of being away!
Variety of programs.
I like the variety of classes & many options for times to take them.
We enjoy the atmosphere, the organization of the teams and coaches. The kids love it and enjoying learning the sport!
I haven’t tried the Speer programs or activities yet. Classes seem to be full. Workout rooms are small overall. No good areas for stretching.

I use the pool and whirlpool as well as the women's locker room. I find them reasonably clean and secure.
