Convenient times. Great teachers!
Staff to date has been very helpful in guiding me through the initial process of reenteriing the Y after being away for a number of years. Certainly with regard to COVID LAP SWIMMING has changed.
I do not participate in any programs and activities. However, I enjoy the fitness center for my exercise. My family and I are excited to have our kids participate in the youth programs at Lyons.

The programs are not what they were before covid shut down. I wish there was more classes for the in between group. Not the young energetic nor the slow silver sneakers class. More midstream type for older active adults.

I love the pool….however arrived both Monday and Tuesday for my 6 AM reservation….and no lifeguard. If it becomes an issue, I may have to switch to Central Y which I am reluctant to do.

I like how the studios are set up for safe exercise. I like the programs you provide such as yoga and senior activities.
Disappointed there is no family swim right now.
I joined several months ago with my Silver Sneakers membership. I come 5 to 6 times a week of the love variety of classes and the instructors are just wonderful. All staff is friendly and welcoming. I do hope they find someone to teach Yin Yoga again on Sundays or any day. I found it the perfect ending to my week. Thanks Sheils
