Friendly staff at front desk and friendly helpful instructors for group classes. They challenge you but also let you do what is right for your personal fitness level.

Cycling class with Laura! Seriously she is my inspiration to work out every Monday night.

Everyone is very friendly at the Y! The front desk staff always greet us when we arrive.

I love how clean the building is too. Never have felt unsafe or uncomfortable in the building. Great place to be.
