Childcare is great both for us adults who want to talk while we work the elliptical , and for the happy kids.
I don’t use the programs. I use the weight machines and elliptical or treadmill maybe bikes.

All the kid programs for younger children... i.e. soccer and swim programs! Also, they made our children feel over moon with the special medals at the end of the season!!! It was so incredibly special!! Thank you for making this possible for our family!

M E Lyons YMCA is a very friendly place to be. The group exercise instructors are upbeat and try to get to know the class participants.
Nice pool and silver sneakers program
This year was difficult and our children did not end up attending a lot due to one of us being home to get them on the bus most days. However, we like that they get to be at their school with other students. They like to be able to play the games with other kids. They also enjoyed their breakfasts this year.

I have been coming to the Y for years now. Since I am a lap swimmer I care most about the pool
but I do use the exercise room now and again. I find the staff friendly and helpful. Considering how stressful this past year has been the staff have done an excellent job of keeping the facility up and running. That can be hard in the best of times so the staff should be commended for a job well done.
I use the pool on a weekly basis and I am still impressed with the pool management during this past year. Keep up the good work.
The instructors are wonderful! I take classes from Nicole, Sue, Hannah and Erica. They are great.
