I love my personal trainer, Alyssa! She really listens to my concerns and helps me to achieve my goals and challenge me without without getting injured. Having access to the Y’s facilities really opens up the possibilities for my personal training.

I went for the first time today, however, I feel that new people should have assistance learning how to operate the equipment. Today was my first day on machines. There was no one around to ask to help with the machine. When I was leaving they said I had to ask before I started! I was not told that information in advance! Other than that I think the facility is beautiful and very clean!

The new out door pickleball courts are a great addition. Other programs have convenient times available to utilize & participate in.

excellent opportunities for most anything you'd like to try for health and fitness. I really enjoy the Pilates and group power classes. Instructors are very knowledgeable.
Great family atmosphere.
I haven’t used the services yet because I just signed up. However, I have to say that gentlemen working the reception desk when I signed up was so helpful, friendly, and made the place seem very welcoming. If I have the same experience while I come in, I will be extremely happy.

The people are welcoming and friendly. The classes offered are very good. Would like to see a Tia Chi Class offered.

The kids all seem to enjoy themselves and have a great community of friends and family all rooting for every team! I love coaching for my son’s team. I would recommend for any child to participate.
