It is mentally and physically very important to socialize, attend classes where you lean from the instructors and workout on the equipment. I socialize with members from newborn on up to people in their nineties. Having coffee helps to create a social environment. I learn from all of them. In class I listen to all of my instructors very carefully to all of their dos and don'ts. When working out I have a select number of machines that I use plus bosu balls and other items for self improvement. I consider going to the ME Lyons YMCA physical therapy for myself improvement. If the classes were not over lapping and so many I would take more. Thank you for being there for me. Tom Last name removed

The friendliness and attitude of making the best of every situation. Always had help offered when needed. Thanks to all!
1. There needs to be an automatic door opener into the indoor pool. There are too many people with walkers and canes trying to get on the pool deck with difficulty if no one is there to help them with the door.
2. The INSIDE and outside of the hot and cold air registers need cleaned.
3. The indoor pool needs cleaned. There is dirt on the bottom of the pool, the water is cloudy and just because you put chlorine in it.
4. The floors in and around the ladies locker room desperately need steam cleaned.
However, I go to Sue Brown's water class everyday that I an able, most of the time 5 days a week. I love the class and Sue is wonderful!
The programs and activities are great, l like that someone is at the desk to greet me coming and going.
The instructor we have for our Senior class is just outstanding!! We have so much fun!!

I love that there are so many things that you can do at the facility.
I love the kids soccer program for 3 year olds! I love that the practice and games are the same day! That’s the biggest reason I signed up my daughter for that program!
