What do you like about our programs and activities?

Deep water aerobics class seems to be full of friendly people, many of whom have been regular participants for a long time. Sue is a welcoming & enthusiastic teacher who apparently doesn't mind herding cats! Low impact, constant motion, the resistance water provides, great exercise without the sweat--that's a lot to like

I took yoga and loved it. It was Yoga Bob's class. He was excellent at explaining the rationale for the various moves and how to position body parts to get the most out of the strength and stretch.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

You have a variety of classe and activities which fit the members at all ages of there life.
The Y is very family oriented and when you walk in you feel the warmth and friendliness of the staff and its always welcoming. I have made a lot of new friends there making it a very good experience all the way around.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I swim in the indoor pool, attend chair yoga classes, use the weights, ride in the spinning classes once in a while, just a very nice workout place!!

Thanks to the instructors and lifeguards and the entry staff, who always welcome me in!!
