What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the pools and programs
I attend spinning, deep water workout and have attended step classes. I plan to pursue swimming lessons and eventually other classes.

I enjoy the equipment and all the different group exercise programs. I especially like Zumba. And, of course, I love all the warm and friendly people.

I love the equipment in the cardio room. Showers are great, and most of all I love that the Bible is available and I use it everyday at the end of my workout for spiritual development!

I love the community feel of it all. I’ve only attended one class but I easily felt welcomed and not at all like I was a new person encroaching on a privet event

We just joined. We have not yet added any classes. Cant say I like exercise but the Y provides a comfortable place to maintain our health through exercise and the equipment needed to do that.

I like the aquasize. I don't care for machines much and have s bike and treadmill but it is much easier for me to do aquasize and the group is very friendly. Sue is wonderful.

The staff is excellent. They are very responsive and have created a family-type atmosphere.
Facility is clean.

2 suggestions: more benches in the indoor pool area.
More shower curtains in the men's showers to reflect the growing ethnic and religious diversity of the Y. Quite a few ethnic cultures and religions do not like taking showers in the open but wish privacy.
