I like a lot of the programs.
Currently I’m doing defend , Zumba and Zumba strong . Each instructor has been great ! Friendly giving good form and modified if needed .

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The deep water aerobics class is my main reason for coming to the Y. I am also participating in the Yweight program.
I do wish you would keep the showers and locker room cleaner though.

I love the programs offered for seniors in the morning, from aerobic/strength training to fantastic pool with Sue.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

How very close to my home and the hours- I like to come in the morning before work and its always quiet and peaceful to start my day. I enjoy the pool from 6-7 a.m. then occasionally in the evening for the water aerobics class at 7. Hope to start some weight training soon.

I haven’t taken any programs, but it is nice that there are multiple sessions at various times to accommodate different schedules.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The variety of programs is amazing. My children and I just love the staff, from the front desk personnel to the swimming instructors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It feels so very inviting, almost like being home with family. I am a single dad raising 2 children and I can honestly say that I am so thankful that I have a place where I can take my children and know that the values and care being shown to my kids falls in line with how I want them to be raised.
