The deep water aerobics class is my main reason for coming to the Y. I am also participating in the Yweight program.
I do wish you would keep the showers and locker room cleaner though.
I like that the Y is smaller and helpful for all of us.

I love the programs offered for seniors in the morning, from aerobic/strength training to fantastic pool with Sue.
How very close to my home and the hours- I like to come in the morning before work and its always quiet and peaceful to start my day. I enjoy the pool from 6-7 a.m. then occasionally in the evening for the water aerobics class at 7. Hope to start some weight training soon.
Swimming
I haven’t taken any programs, but it is nice that there are multiple sessions at various times to accommodate different schedules.
I love the new couches and set up for community. It’s wonderful!

The variety of programs is amazing. My children and I just love the staff, from the front desk personnel to the swimming instructors. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It feels so very inviting, almost like being home with family. I am a single dad raising 2 children and I can honestly say that I am so thankful that I have a place where I can take my children and know that the values and care being shown to my kids falls in line with how I want them to be raised.
I mostly use the equipment. I also like the childcare. We also utilize the swimming classes.
Easy access to facility. Wide range of classes and machines for the perfect work out whatever your abilities. Staff and instructors are wonderful and provide a good work out. I will continue to attend the Y.
Only been to this location a couple of times but was very impressed by the size of the pools and the amount of seating. The changing rooms were very clean and provided privacy with locks on doors. Looking forward to visiting again soon and checking out what is available for me.

The shallow water arthritis exercise class with Cathy.
Swim lessons are amazing! My little boy built so much confidence. He did stage 1 & 2 over the summer.
By end of stage 1, he was swimming underwater on his own for a few feet. He built more confidence and skills with Stage 2 and tested into his Yellow Band by end of the summer.
We couldn't have been happier with his development.
The swim instructors are all patient and encouraging. We saw several children over the summer who were TERRIFIED of the water and to be away from their parents. One little girl in our stage 1 class was screaming for the first few weeks. But by the end she was participating with the rest of the class. This speaks VOLUMES about the patience of the instructors and the LOVE they have for teaching their craft.
We couldn't be more satisfied with the program and look forward to continuing with more lessons.
The adult water classes are great (although a little early)
I enjoy the friendly, clean atmospheres throughout the various YMCAs that I utilize. My family currently participates in yoga, swimming, childcare, and weightlifting. Instructors have become friends. Several class times are available and there are so many locations that I am able to fit my workout into a very busy schedule even if I’m across town.
We love the swim lessons. Miss Ann is able to connect with various children’s personalities and encourage them to excel while learning the importance of water safety. I’m excited about the progress my daughter has made in such a short amount of time. Besides impressing me with the instructor, I also enjoy the swimming pools and atmosphere that the Y has to offer.
Always is a best place to be , during the summer to the pool and activities and during the school time the place to maintain the sabe and be healthy
