Good workmanship but more importantly, they are now making an effort to promote good customer service. The new gentleman ( don’t know his name) was very informative.
both owner and staff are very knowledgeable in cycling with many years of experience and want to get you on the road with your bike whether it be a repair or new purchase. The pandemic has created unprecedented challenges in the biking industries with a lack of parts and new bikes. James and his staff are doing their best to overcome the challenges and keeping regular store hours to make sure the customer comes first.

Quick and no-nonsense service! My husband got a baby seat installed on his bike last summer at Joyful, and our now 18-month-old is very demanding with bike rides. I went to another shop to try to get a baby seat holder installed on my own bike, and was told a special part was needed and we waited weeks, it never came. I brought my bike to Joyful and they were able to install a seat adapter in a matter of hours. A lifesaver!! Heading to a bike-ride-filled vacation this week, we are so grateful. Thank you!
