I purchased my bike at Joyful 11 years ago and it still rides very well! I took it in for repairs last week and after the repairs were completed, the bike runs just as well! The owner, James Lee, even remembered me from when I first purchased the bike, which goes to show that they know how to take of their customers. Highly recommended!

However, being a teacher like his daughter, he should know that I can afford a new bike from your shop. Joyful Cycle was a wonderful experience for myself, my husband, and my two toddlers. John and James are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in helping you decide the best needs for your cycling lifestyle. They really go above and beyond with everything! They set up my bike rack on my car! I never expected them to do that. And they set up my baby wagon which attaches to my racing bike. I never felt like any of my questions were a bother to them and they never pressured me buy anything. I highly highly recommend.
