The technician was extremely knowledgeable. I was grateful that he explained everything related to the problem with my bike and he resolved that problem.
The ownership. No nonsense, straightforward and gets right to the point. Doesn't waste my time selling me products. Great listener who quickly figured out what I needed and how to get the bike to me in a timely manner. Which is kinda crazy to say in this new 'Covid' normal which has seen a manufacturing slowdown and that increases the lead time for bikes. Anyhow, I was lucky enough to find one that I liked and was promised to get it in 1-2 weeks. Other guys told me 12 months. And prices that were unbelievable. Pay now and maybe get one a year later? No thanks. I prefer the order now with a deposit and pay later approach. The experience was so good that I ordered two bikes instead of one! Highly recommended.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always there to help. I love supporting local businesses, especially when they do good work. I've brought bikes in more than once for repairs (I have boys... they're tough on the bikes) and not only do they do the repairs I asked for, Joyful always checks the brakes etc. to make sure we are as safe as possible when riding.
They do great work for a fair price. What more can you ask for!?
