Expert knowledge in both the servicing of the bike and of the bicycles and what they are best suited for. Although you tried to sell me everything under the sun associated with my purchase, none of the suggestions were frivolous, and I'm still giving some of the suggestions some thought. Also while I was shown one bike as soon as I clarified the kind of riding I do, I was directed to one that is more appropriate I knew it was more appropriate because I had done some research before I decided to purchase. I also like the free 30 day check up.
Secondly all my wishes were accommodated regarding the taking of accessories from my old bike and installing them for me on the new one. That is first rate service and it is appreciated.

My bike was chosen for me by the experienced staff. I'm no longer a teenager, far from it in fact, so I was guided to the perfect bike to fit my age, size and abilities. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and avid bikers themselves. They fix any problems that arise from wear and tear and do so cheerfully. They make time for their customers. One thing you should not buy from a department store or the internet is a bike!
James is very knowledgeable and a great help! He always is able to inform me 100% about what to do to fix my ride. Never a bad experience I will forever use James as I know he is top notch service!

They had the only Marlin 5 in Matte black and pink for my wife. We drove to NJ and picked it up the same day. We were very satisfied. The owner also installed a bike seat, shaved the seat down a bit, kickstand and bottle holder for free. I would highly recommend this place. Owner was very knowledgable and kind to us during the process.
