Everyone that I worked with was very helpful. The bicycle repairman even jumped in to help solidify the sale by sharing his personal experience with a specific bike. Dave at the Mt Vernon store is very knowledgeable about repairing bikes and any new bike products. He always takes the time to answer any questions you have and tries to solve the problem. I recommend going there over all the big name shops in Columbus.

Very good experience. I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and was not able to buy the Trek bicycle I wanted in any of the area stores due to a shortage of the model. On the Trek website I found that Y-Not had the bike. I bought it on Y-Not's website and drove 3 hours to pick it up. When I arrived, the bike was assembled and ready to go. Eric installed a couple accessories I purchased, and I was on my way. Eric was friendly and professional. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go here for all additional purchases and service.
If I wanted to get bike parts I would have wait months to receive it! Also, if I was in the market for a road bike I would have to think really hard if I wanted to wait a year to get a Trek! Customer service (Dave) is great!
