YNOT in Lexington goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m satisfied as a customer. They host free bike clinics, serve as a meeting spot for group rides, and offer reliable merchandise. I’ve went there before and needed a minor adjustment and Eric went out of his to squeeze my bike in and got me back riding. I love this spot!

While riding the Richland B&O Trail, we stopped in to Y-Knot with an issue with one of our bikes. The technician took the bike right into his shop and fixed the issue immediately and got us back on the trail, and the price was very fair. On another occasion, we stopped in and bought a couple drink holders for our bikes while riding the trail. Y-Knot installed them so we could use them that day! Great service means so much to us and that's exactly what our experience has been with Y-Knot Cycles. Mike and Melissa

Everyone at Y-Not Cycling was kind and so helpful. If you are looking to buy a new bike or get your existing bike serviced, this is the place to go.

Your people, your location and your products and service. I stopped to get the saddle bag with tools for fixing a flat. Claire helped me and was so kind. She installed the bag and air pump for me! I am a fan of both your locations.
I was immediately recognized when I entered the store. A representative was fast to assist me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been here several times before and the service is consistently excellent. The store is well staffed and very clean. They have a modest assortment of parts and accessories. Most items I need have been in stock, but they are prompt to order non-stock items. I am a huge fan!

Service on my wheel was great the team was friendly and ask many questions what had happened to my wheel so it could be fixed or replaced. They replaced the wheel and I am very pleased with this .

I appreciate the young girl who waited on me both days. She recommended I try a couple of bikes to see which I preferred without pushing me towards more expensive models. She was very patient answering my questions and addressing my concerns. She listened to my goals and chose bikes based on my needs.
