We bought Sun trikes a few years ago from your business and had to sell them because of leg issues. Now we are getting back into riding trikes again. We really like the Sun brand and YNot has very good customer service! That is why we bought another trike from you.

Fast and friendly
The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took care of our problem very promptly and communicated with us quickly. We had an issue with a tire and weren't expecting it to be taken care of the day we brought it in but they were able to take care of us which saved us a 50 mile trip back. I believe the gentleman who helped us was named Rick L.

Went in to get a tube replaced on the front tire of my wife's bike. Within minutes they had confirmed that the tube was leaking and found the tiny sliver of metal that was on the inside of the tire, which punctured the tube. They replaced the tube and I was on my way. I really appreciate the quick service.
