Friendly service, ordered what was needed and was able to look up when my bike rack was purchased. Was able to cover under warranty ! They showed interest in the customer which seems to be a thing of the past at a lot of other businesses !

I appreciate their wonderful customer service . I bought a light for my bike and not only did the person help me pick out the appropriate light, but willingly put it on my bike. Also the day before I had parked my bike in their parking lot to ride the trail. When I had finished the ride and was putting my bike into the back of my car one of their employees, who was taking out the trash, offered his help in getting the bike into my car.
