I have consistently had a good experience with this store. I drive 50 minutes to get there because of their customer service, friendly service staff and expertise. There is another Trek store closer to my house but you can't beat this experience. My bike looks like new when I pick it up from service.

Very fast and friendly service. I brought my wife's bike in because of a flat tire. Before I even gave my name and phone number to look up the account, the bicycle already had the wheel off, and he was starting to pull the old inner tube out. The entire process was about 5 minutes. I had intended to drop it off and come back later. The guys at the store had other ideas.

Awesome bike shop very professional gave me a really good estimate did exactly like they said they would do in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this establishment.
I like that they will come and pick up our bikes and return after servicing them for a fee. We recently took both bikes for what I will call a tuneup just like you would do with your car. The bikes ride and shift so much easier now. And they cleaned the bikes and they looked like new again. No messy grease . Very nice guys working there.
