I called ahead to make sure that the bike I wanted was available, then drove two hours to get there the next morning. The staff was really great, and I went for a test ride and bought the bike. I like the idea of the Trek store rather than a multi-brand store. The staff knows the products and I feel confident that they will be able to service it properly when needed. Of course, the bike is really great too.
