Three points I would make about my experience.
1 Customers Service, before, during and after the staff was patient in explaining all the options.
2 Transparency. Staff members showed what was needed and why.
3 Helpful. Knowing I might need help getting the bike into my SUV they offered to help. They earned a loyal customer.

Called from our Pittsburgh home to arrange to have my Trek bike serviced (regular tune-up) while we were in FL for a week this summer. When I took the bike in, the service person evaluated the condition of the bike and recommended an appropriate level of service. In this case, Level One. I appreciated that I received the level of service needed rather than one prescribed by the time since it was serviced last.
The service person was knowledgeable and courteous. My bike service was completely in the time estimated. Received notice by text prior to the shop closing time and was able to pick up my bike that day.
