Even with the precautions being taking by Bike lane during the COVID pandemic I still felt like the staff took the time to listen to my requirements so that I was fitted with the right equipment
Fast, knowledgeable staff, and super friendly. Thanks so much for being open. On Covid: Some of the customers were not following the social distancing rules. For instance, I thought customers came too close to the guy who fixes bikes. He is stuck there, and the customers are hanging over the opening invading his space talking about their rides or bike. The repair staffer was so polite, but I don’t think that’s fair when these customers are not even wearing masks. I appreciate that you are open, because we would really be going crazy without a bike right now.

No doubt you have had to cut back on staff and hours; if any of your staff get in a critical spot, I am happy to help, even with my own constrained financial resources. You recently fixed my son’s bike this past Friday. The estimate was $67.39. When I picked up the bike the bill was $112.29. That’s an increase of 167%. I would have expected a call to let me know you found other items wrong after the initial estimate.

The Bike Lane carries a full line of Trek bicycles from the low to the high end. I like the free tune ups and knowledgeable staff. Additionally the Reston location is next to the paved WO And D trail and trails for mountain biking. Great for a ride and a beer!
